Back upwards and restore
Fill-in apps
- Touch the Notification bar and slide down.
- Tap the Settings icon.

Backup contacts

- If necessary, tap Backup business relationship and select or create an account.
- Select Automatic restore.
Restore contacts
- From any Home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap the People tab.
- Tap the Bill of fare icon.
- Tap Manage contacts.
- Tap Copy contacts. To use the SIM carte to restore contacts, tap Import/Export contacts and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Select Google.
- Tap Phone.
- Tap OK.
- Tap OK over again.
Restore media & pictures
- Connect the device to a computer using the USB cable.
- On the reckoner when the AutoPlay window appears, click Open device to view files using Windows Explorer. If the AutoPlay window does not appear automatically, check that the USB cablevision is completely plugged in, or try some other USB port.

Reset your device

- From any Habitation screen, tap the Applications icon.

- From any Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- If necessary, tap the Wi-Fi switch to plough on.
- Tap the Card icon.
- Tap Scan.
- Scroll to and select the Wi-Fi network y'all want to connect to.
- If security is enabled, enter the password.
- Tap Connect.
APN settings
- Touch the Notification bar and slide downwards.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Nether 'Wireless & networks,' tap Mobile data.
- Select Data roaming.
- Tap Admission signal names.
- If bachelor, tap the T-Mobile United states of america APN (the bullet point fills with light-green). If not available, tap the Card fundamental, then tap New APN.
Note: To reset your APN settings, tap the Menu fundamental and and then tap Reset to default. - Verify and update the following settings for the Information APN:

- APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
- APN roaming protocol: IPv4
- Enable/disable APN: <greyed out unless there are multiple APN's>
- Bearer: Unspecified
- Tap the Carte key.
- Tap Save.
- Tap the desired APN profile you want to use. The bullet betoken fills with light-green adjacent to the APN profile.
